Items shipped within the lower-48 USA will be sent either Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, or Postal depending on size, cost, and/or speed of delivery. Be sure to include a street address for Fedex or UPS delivery. If you have a specific shipping request, be sure to include a message with your instructions. Since all items are custom made to your order, we cannot take "express" requests when ordering. However, you may follow up with an e-mail request for "express" delivery after the work is completed...actual cost will be added.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii: Please include a Visa or MasterCard number for shipping. Actual shipping charge will be added.
Foreign Orders Outside the
USA:
Orders are welcome from outside the USA. Minimum
order from outside the USA is $100 US. For
payment, Visa or MasterCard only may be
used.
Actual
shipping charge to your destination will be
charged. Global Express Mail is the only shipping option available. If you have any questions about
shipping charges, e-mail us and we will
look up the cost of shipping and email you back
with the figures. Notice: We cannot under-declare
customs values or mark merchandise as "gift". ALL transaction fees including duties/customs/taxes/etc. are customer's responsibility...NO EXCEPTIONS. No orders will be accepted from Nigeria, Singapore, Indonesia, or Romania, and we do NOT accept Western Union. We also will not ship to a 3rd party in a foreign country. All credit card transactions received from foreign countries will be authorized and cross-referenced to buyer's credit card billing address. If the addresses don't match, the order will not be processed.
Sales Tax:
No sales tax.
Method of Payment; Credit Card
Security:
Use VISA, MasterCard, personal check, or money
order when ordering. (Sorry no CODs or billing.) Custom orders/jobs for items not listed on the site require use of a credit card (Visa/MC), with a $100 deposit charged at time of order, with the balance along with actual shipping, charged on ship date.
All online credit card transactions submitted
through the Shopping Cart are encrypted,
received, and processed manually in-house for security
reasons and for your protection. (We do not use any
third-party internet credit processing services.)
If you prefer, you may place your order online,
then follow up with a phone call with your
credit card information.
Note: At the bottom of each page of the Shopping Cart, you will notice the name of the cart, "Dansie Shopping Cart". This is simply a reference to the home page of the Cart's software developer, the inclusion of which is required as part of our license agreement when we purchased the Cart software. Your credit card information will NOT be routed to Dansie, or anyone else except us. (The Dansie Cart is one of the most secure and reliable carts available, and we are glad to refer them (at www.dansie.net), even if there were no requirement!) Please see the Roth Angling privacy policy for privacy information.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available in any amount of
$50 or more. To order, include payment for desired
amount along with recipient's name and address.
The certificate will be mailed either to your
address, or to the recipient as you indicate.
(Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.)
Delivery:
If the item(s) you order are currently in stock,
your order will be shipped within 48 hours of
receipt. All items currently not in stock will be
custom made to your order. Please allow up to 30
days for delivery, actual time depending on current
shop workload. If you need a gift right away, you might give a call and see what is in stock for immediate delivery. You will be notified in the event
of a delay, if you provide an e-mail address. (We
do not sell or give out customer's e-mail addresses
to anyone.)
Damaged Parcels:
Great care is taken in packing boxes for
shipment...we would rather not have to replace a
broken item, any more than you want to receive a
broken item. If however, in the unlikely event
your package arrives damaged or opened, call for
instructions before returning. Do not
discard packing materials or box, as the
carrier will request to inspect the items. We will
replace any damaged items promptly (before waiting
for an insurance claim to be processed) and will
assume 100% responsibility for damage in transit,
and dealing with the carrier regarding any
insurance claims.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Everything you order that is listed on this site
is unconditionally guaranteed to meet with your
complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are
not pleased with any part or all of your purchase,
simply return the items with a copy of your invoice
in unused original condition within 2 weeks (14 days) of
receipt for a full refund (less shipping) or
replacement, or a credit, your choice. If we make a mistake on your order, we will pay your return shipping, for the amount equal to what was paid shipping it to you. Special
orders for items not listed on the site, or custom
engraved fly plates are not returnable, unless in the event of a mistake made in workmanship.
