ORDERING OPTIONS - USA:

A:  Use Paypal with a credit card or e-check. You don't have to have a Paypal account to pay with Paypal. Please note, because of the convenience and lower costs of Paypal, I no longer accept credit cards directly.

B:  If you'd rather mail your order, please print out the Order Form, fill it out, and either include a check or money order, or include your e-mail address and I'll e-mail a Paypal invoice prior to shipment.   

C: Or call in your order at 719-646-Zero-One-Five-Seven during normal business hours, Mountain time.  If you get voicemail, please leave your telephone number with best time to call. After I take your order by phone, I will then send a Paypal invoice to your e-mail address. (Sorry no CODs or billing by mail.)

Continental US Shipping Chart:

Items shipped within the lower-48 USA will be sent either Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, or Postal depending on size, cost, and/or speed of delivery.  Be sure to include a street address for Fedex or UPS delivery. If you have a specific shipping request, be sure to include a message with your instructions. Since all items are custom made to your order, rush orders are not possible unless I have an item already in stock. However, you may follow up with an e-mail request for "express" delivery after the work is completed...actual cost will be added.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii:    Actual shipping charge will be added/invoiced to any shipping already paid via the automated Paypal system, which automatically adds shipping to the Lower 48.

Method of Payment:

Delivery:
Most items are not in stock and will be custom made to your order.  Please allow up to 30 days for delivery, actual time depending on current shop workload. (I do all the work myself, so orders are filled first-come, first-served.) If you need a gift right away, you might give a call and see what is in stock for immediate delivery. If the item(s) you order are currently in stock, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.  You will be notified in the event of a delay, if you provide an e-mail address. 

Damaged Parcels:
Great care is taken in packing boxes for shipment...we would rather not have to replace a broken item, any more than you want to receive a broken item.  If however,  in the unlikely event your package arrives damaged or opened, call for instructions before returning.  Be sure to not discard packing materials or box, as the carrier will request to inspect the items at your location.  We will replace any damaged items promptly (before waiting for an insurance claim to be processed) and will assume 100% responsibility for damage in transit, and dealing with the carrier regarding any insurance claims, as long as you don't discard the damaged packaging and items prior to the inspection.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
Everything you order that is listed on this site is unconditionally guaranteed to meet with your complete satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in unused condition as sent, properly packaged as sent, and postmarked/shipped within 5 days of receipt for a full refund...including shipping paid with your order, and refund of return ground shipping, or replacement, or a credit, your choice.  Custom orders for items not listed on the site, or custom engraved fly plates are not returnable, unless in the event of a mistake made in workmanship.

Foreign Orders Outside the USA:
Orders are welcome outside the USA; however, please forgive these strict terms on foreign orders, but past experience with fraud attempts from thieves with stolen credit cards makes this policy a necessity.
Orders are accepted by US postal mail-only, and paid with International Postal Money Order.  Online orders cannot be accepted. Minimum order is $100 US. Paypal is not available (the Paypal settings block all payments from outside USA). Actual shipping charge to your destination will be added, and you must contact me prior to ordering for a shipping quote so the amount can be given to you prior to you purchasing a money order. Global Express Mail is the only shipping option available.  Please e-mail for shipping costs: e-mail.  If acceptable, then print out the Order Form, and purchase an International Postal Money Order, and mail to the address on your order form. Notice: We cannot under-declare customs values or mark merchandise as "gift". All transaction fees including duties/customs/taxes/etc. are buyer's responsibility. NOTICE: NO orders will be accepted from Nigeria, Singapore, China, Russia, Italy, Indonesia, or Romania. All sales final on foreign orders, no returns, no refunds.
